The Strict Leather Premium Locking Leather Cuffs are 2 1/4 inches wide and reinforced with three layers of leather. This heavy-duty design provides additional security and weighs in at over 10 ounces. They come with our locking buckle design, which can be used with or without a lock. Wrist cuffs are sized from 5.5-9 inches. Ankle cuffs are sized from 6-13 inches.
